The South West Group commissioned Hornibrook Consulting in July 2013 to examine journey to work data and identify opportunities for improvement public transport services to three major employment centres in the region, namely:
• Kwinana Industrial Area
• Australian Marine Complex in Henderson
• Garden City Shopping Centre in Booragoon
